Got Questions?

Frequently Asked

How does the application process work? +
You complete the application form, providing your online portfolio and craft specifics. Our internal board reviews every single submission personally. If your skills match YAWMATIC's visual standard, we approve your profile, list you on the browse catalog, and contact you when a matching project begins.
Do I need to be a full-time freelancer? +
No. We support full-time, part-time, project-based, and limited availability. You specify your current availability level on your profile, which we update dynamically as your schedule shifts.
How are projects assigned? +
YAWMATIC takes in client inquiries, scope, budget, and location requirements. We then match and assign one or more vetted creators internally. YAWMATIC acts as the project coordinator and client point of contact, ensuring you can focus entirely on executing your craft.
How Does Payment Work? +
YAWMATIC invoices and collects payment from the client. Once the client payment is received, your creator payout is processed promptly. Payments are secure, transparent, and delivered directly to you.
Can I decline a project? +
Absolutely. Joining the Collective does not lock you into any exclusivity terms. If we pitch a project assignment to you, you are free to decline it based on scheduling conflicts, budget misalignments, or lack of interest.
Is There a Fee to Join? +
No. Joining the YAWMATIC Collective is completely free. We never charge membership fees. Instead, YAWMATIC retains a 20% agency service fee from each completed project, while the remaining 80% is paid directly to the creator.
